A day that started with a meeting with colleagues in Singapore, over a telepresence connection, where they were all in shirtsleeves and I was wrapped up in multiple layers of thermal underwear! But I smashed my steps target with 18,200 clicked up walking from Victoria to Hoxton to see Desiree Burch at Hoxton Hall doing her Unf*ckable comedy tour. I nearly walked back too – the Circle Line appeared to be only running in one direction (not towards St James’ Park), so it took me an age to get home!

Brilliantly I then managed a full 8 hours of completely uninterrupted sleep!
