Today was a real struggle, and although I managed to stitch my hour of walking together from tramping across Hoxton, Gatwick and Dublin – it wasn’t a good feeling…. Continue reading

100 days of walking: day thirty
Another run this morning – along the Regents Canal – for an hour. And then a half day on my feet facilitating a pitch-off session. It felt good to do the running! Continue reading
100 days of walking: day twenty-nine
A yomp, involving a suitcase and a rucksack, from Victoria to the Euston Road. After a work day that began at 04.45am. And eventually lasted until 23.00….. yikes. Got my steps done though! Continue reading
100 days of walking:day twenty-eight

100 days of walking: day twenty-four

100 days of walking: day twenty-three
A glorious walk this morning! An hour and ten minutes in beautiful crisp cold sunshine across Glasgow, and into the park past the People’s Palace. Some of the most beautiful Scottish architecture and glorious blue skies to boot. Continue reading
100 days of walking: day twenty-two
Uggghhhhh. Not a good walking day. On a train at 06.00, off at 08.30 straight to the office, meetings for 3 hours straight. I managed to do my hour but only by electing to make an unnecessary journey on foot from one office location to another across our industrial estate. Roadworks, concrete and cold winds. … Continue reading
