Ninety minutes of walking with the dog today – in the thaw and fielding team calls on the way. It’s efficient in the sense that it makes it possible for me to actually get out and make my walking commitment during the working day – but trying to combine managing the dog, talking in the phone and walking in the slippery mud of the thaw proved more than a little challenging!

Tomorrow is going to be a challenge. I have no idea where I am going to be able to get a walk in…..
